Don't worry we got you! Just email us and we will book it in right away. 

Meter:

Includes all meter readings and emailed straight away after inspection.

Functionality Test:

Appliance testing, water pressure, checking for leakage and more included

Alarm Checking:

 All Smoke Alarms/Carbon Monoxide Alarms tested for power

Access & Key Release:

We are happy to liaise with landlords or tenants on your behalf to arrange time. 

Summary:

We provide email with all the necessary info right after the inspection. Meters, smoke alarms; not working, cleanliness and major damages.

Flexibility:

Available 365 days a year, including bank holidays.

Open from 8am-8pm to suit you.

Insured & Accredited:

We are fully insured and accredited by AIIC

No Extras:

No extra cost for the front,/rear garden, patio/balcony, and terrace.

Our office is always checking the quality of each report before it is sent to you.

Printed Copy:

Don't have access to online or email?​

No worries, we will be happy to post you a printed copy of your report.

Our handover consists of:

Location of meters, use of keys, appliance usage, walkthrough and Amendment process

No Additional Charges:

No extra charges for Sunday or Bank Holidays
